I lead UX Research and Design at Witlingo where I contribute to designing meaningful and delightful voice experiences. As a coder of digital experiences and a decoder of human experiences, I am passionate about using user-centric design thinking for creative problem-solving. With my background in software design, interaction design and creative writing, I believe that conversational interaction design lies at the intersection of my passion and purpose.
